Mulač, Jakub ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Slavíček, Tobiáš (referee)
Title: Analysis and possibilities of training a selected game acttivity of an individual in relation to 1-1 situations from the point of view of the attacking phase of the game in ice hockey Objectives: The first objective of the thesis was to define the nodal points of the execution of a given movement of selected offensive individual hockey skills, namely partial movement tasks in the context of solving 1-1 situations from the perspective of the offensive phase of the game in ice hockey. This objective was addressed predominantly on the basis of the technical component. The second objective was to create skill acquisition program of training 1-1 situations from the perspective of the offensive phase of the game for individual categories in ice hockey. Methods: The indirect observation method through videos was used for data collection. A binary system with yes / no response options was used to evaluate the results. Results: The thesis was carried out in two research phases. In the first phase we investigated, observed and analysed the successful resolution of 1-1 game situations from the perspective of the offensive phase of the game. We did this by means of video analysis of recordings of exceptional players during this game activity. We determined, through video analysis, the nodal points of...
Analogy and difference of ice skating and inline skating and their mutual use in teaching.
Ondráčková, Markéta ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Kainová, Lucie (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the correspondences and differences between inline skating and ice skating. In the theoretical part I introduce both types of skating. I describe the classification of these sports, basic equipment, safety, and the methodology of both skating types. In the theoretical part there is also a chapter on the suitability of skating in relation to the age of the child. In the practical part I verify a unified methodical series that I designed for both types of skating. The main aim of the thesis is to compare the practice of inline skating and ice skating techniques from the point of view of their correspondences and differences. The partial objectives are to find out whether it is possible to transfer the acquired skills from one type of skating to the other, to find out whether it is possible to design a unified methodology for the acceleration of mastering the basic requirements. Furthermore, to investigate the influence of ice skating and inline skating teaching methodologies on the level of skill when switching to the second skating technique. The following methods are used in the thesis: the observation method, experimental method, assessment scale and arithmetic mean. The results of the thesis show that both types of skating are very similar, so one type of skating can...
Influence of Skating Technique on Skating Speed in Players aged 8-10
Kořínek, Jakub ; Arnošt, Pavel (advisor) ; Vojta, Zdeněk (referee)
Tittle: Influence of skating technique on skating speed in players aged 8-10 Objektive: Search teoretic procedures for teaching skating and speed development in ice hockey in available literature. Then create and apply a set of exercises to improve skating techniques for the 8-10 year category. Use skating speed tests to verify the effectiveness of the exercises and demonstrate the effect of the skating technique on skating. Works: - Look for theoretical techniques for skating techniques and ice hockey. - Create and apply a set of exercises to develop ice skating techniques. - Use skating speed tests to verify the effectiveness of the selected exercises. - Compare the test results between three teams with a different volume of skating training. Results: Find out the effect of skating technique on skating speed. Hypotheses: 1. Players aged 8-10 will have comparable lead times in each test in all three teams. 2. Speed skating can be developed by improving skating techniques. 3. More skating training means more improvement in skating speed. Key words: Ice hockey, skating, skating speed, skating technique, 8-10 years.

Title of work: Modern training equipmens for ice hockey Goal of work: Using standardized interviews to determine the frequency of use of modern hockey equipment abroad, then through a questionnaire survey, the frequency and the current status of the use of modern hockey equipment for ice hockey players aged 12-13 years in the Czech Republic. According to the findings recommend examples of training exercises that are suitable for the development of skills for players to prepare for the ice and off the ice. Method: Observation, indirect observation, document analysis, questionnaire survey, data analysis, standardized interview. Results: The results of the thesis we have shown that the frequency and condition using modern training aids for ice hockey in the Czech Republic compared to other countries at a low level. Some tools are used by us all. 40% of those surveyed teams in our equipment in use. On this basis, I recommend examples of training exercises with the use of modern equipment for ice hockey, and I brought a few suggestions on how to properly work with modern tools. The influence of skating frequency on muscle tone of musculus triceps surae
Obyt, Daniel ; Šifta, Petr (advisor) ; Nováková, Pavlína (referee)
Title: The influence of skating frequency on muscle tone of musculus triceps surae. Objective: The aim of this master degree thesis is to determine whether and how much influence the frequency and intensity of isotonic load the muscle tone of musculus soleus during skating of a professional ice hockey player. The muscle tone of musculus soleus is the most objectively measured part of musculus triceps surae by myotonometer. Methods: The master degree thesis is divided into the theoretical part, the processed form of research that serves as a basis for investigation in the second, empirical part. Change in muscle tone of musculus soleus was investigated by using myotonometer, which followed after a full physiotherapy examination. It is quantitative research using quasi-experimental study. Measurements were performed on 10 subjects - professional ice hockey players who are fully manage the technique of skating on the ice, before load, after low frequency isotonic load and after high frequency isotonic load. Conclusion: The myotonometric measurements revealed that after low and high frequency isotonic load of skating on ice rink, the muscle tone of musculus soleus is the same or slightly lower than before load. Title: The comparison of ice skating efficiency developed by drill vs. gaming form in the U - 10 category. Objectives: The aim of this dissertation is to compare the efficiency of skating developed by drill and game forms of training using speed-skill tests for ice hockey players under the age of 10. Methods: This work used the method of quantitative analysis of test results for ice hockey players of the U10 age category. The tested group consisted of 18 players of the U10 age category from the HC Hvězda Praha team. The dissertation includes three stages of data collection. The first set of data is preliminary, the second set of data is collected after the intervention by the drill form of training and the third set of data is collected after the intervention by the game form of training. The development of skating skills in drill and game form of training always took place in the first twenty minutes of the training. The obtained sets of data were recorded and then evaluated in accord with Friedmanan and Wilcoxon tests. Results: In the 6.1 m sprint, the 35 m sprint and the S-Corner test, slalom with a puck test and the crossing with a puck test there was recorded improvement after each intervention. In the crossing without a puck test the difference was recorded only after the drill form of...
